The Villa is a sweet backyard cottage/tiny house in the safe and charming, neighborhood of Richmond Annex, bordering El Cerrito. Our guests say that they love “coming home” to the peace and comfort of The Villa after a day of exploring. Going to San Francisco? We are a 15 minute walk to BART. You will be about 40 paces to the beach (4th house from the beach) and a lovely 5-minute walk to town. Explore the historic island of Alameda, just a quick ferry or bus ride to S.F. We are located close to Webster St with a nice choice of restaurants, pubs coffee shops as well as stores for shopping. Alameda is great for walking with many beautiful Victorian homes and other historic architecture to admire. We are two blocks from Crown Beach. Bus stops for getting to SF and beyond are just a block away. The SF/Alameda ferry is a mile from the property -a very pretty ride.
