We're based in Rotokauri on the west side of Hamilton. 2min drive from the ZOO. 10-15min from the Hamilton CBD. 5mins to THE BASE. This is the Porch Recording Studio accommodation but do welcome people around bookings that may happen. Dont worry the Studio is very sound proof and we don't book airbnb if there are any full on band recordings happening that may create problems

Very comfortableRiver Road Apartment is fresh, comfortable and well appointed. Has its own entrance and there is parking. A bus stop is situated at the gate which goes into the city with links to both Chartwell Square, The Base shopping centres as well as Waikato Hospital. Hamilton is a great location with Rotorua, Mt Maunganui, Coromandel, Taupo and Auckland all within a 2 hour drive. Come and enjoy our hospitality.

Hakarmata VistaOur home is 5 minutes drive from Dinsdale shopping centre on the western side of Hamilton heading towards Raglan. We have a beautiful country outlook with small orchard and native garden setting. The guest wing has a private entrance and is self contained with kitchenette and sitting room. There is a microwave and gas hob for cooking, or you are welcome to use the BBQ. We will respect your privacy but happy to help where we can.
