The house is well located for town centre which is a 10/15 min walk. Beautiful beaches are a short drive away. Distilleries are all around Moray & you can walk to Glen Moray distillery in 10 mins. Speyside distilleries are a short drive away. There are many countryside walks, shops and restaurants all within walking or driving distance .
