Perfect for remote work, this newly renovated cabin is situated in a peaceful and secluded garden on a working organic farm. There are sweeping views of the surrounding mountains and an array of wildlife.

Ideally situated in the Roseau Valley, it is a short drive from the capital and the neighbouring villages of Trafalgar, Wotten Waven and Laudat.

This newly renovated and secluded cabin provides an escape for anyone looking for peace and privacy in a natural setting and the ability to remote work or decompress. The choice is yours!

Reconstructed out of wood from property trees thrown down by Hurricane Maria, Firefly cabin is a warm rustic space with a story to tell.

The comfortable bedroom opens onto two porches - but faces the scenic back porch. It has a queen bed with mosquito net, a work desk with chair and shelves and a wardrobe.

The well-equipped kitchen opens onto the front porch, where there is a dining table and chairs. The dining set is moveable and can be carried inside.

The tranquil bathroom and shower have windows that open out to the garden and mountain views. There is additional storage here for linen and supplies.

Firefly cabin is located in the Roseau Valley about 3 miles / 4.8 km from the capital, Roseau.

We are 760 ft. / 232 m. above sea level and surrounded by mostly trees as the property is an organic farm. The surrounding area is mostly residential with some farming.

Friendly Trafalgar Village is 15 minutes away on foot (2 mins by car) and a further 30 minutes walk (5 mins by car) through the village will bring you to Trafalgar Falls. At Trafalgar Falls Visitor Center guests can purchase a Site Pass. This Pass allows you to visit a number of sites around the island. A Day Pass costs US$5.00 per person. The Week Pass is US$12 per person. We advise buying the Week Pass. Trafalgar has a small grocery shop and a few places to eat or order food from. There are also a couple of bars.

In Wotten Waven there are the Hotsprings and baths that are well worth the visit. There are also some eateries and bars there.

We have dogs as do our neighbours, so at times there will be barking.

We meet the guests upon their arrival and show them around the cabin. We can also help guests plan their hikes, and give advice and information that would be useful to help them enjoy their stay.

If they need to be driven to trailheads, we can do so if available and for a fee.
