Monica and Seán invite you to relax and unwind in traditional farmhouse cottage among mature gardens in picturesque rural area convenient for touring south and west of Ireland. Broadford village 5 mins. with pubs, food store, church, children's playground and arboretum. Adare 35 mins(venue of Golf's Ryder Cup at Adare Manor,2027).Blarney Castle 60 mins. We have 4 star approval from Failte Ireland (Ireland's Tourism Development Authority) and are welcoming guests to Glenview Lodge since 2006.

The space
This traditional farmhouse cottage is situated in its own private grounds in the heart of rural Limerick.

The house is approached via long driveway offering spectacular views of the local countryside.

The house in its tranquil setting among mature gardens including some ancient beech trees combines the charm of an old farmhouse with high quality living. The highest standard of accommodation is provided whilst retaining the building’s old traditional character and without losing its authenticity. Glenview Lodge has received the Covid-19 Safety Charter confirming that we are following Fáilte Ireland's safety guidelines.

The house can accommodate five guests in one double ensuite bedroom, a twin room and a single room. It also features a spacious living room, traditional kitchen with modern conveniences, a main bathroom and a ground floor toilet.

Outside you can enjoy the peaceful countryside from your private patio.
The location of the house in the small secluded farm with beautiful views and mature beech trees allow guests to relax in the atmosphere of calm and tranquillity, enjoying a quiet relaxing time.The garden includes a children's slide and swing and the games room includes table tennis,table soccer and , ring board.

Glenview Lodge is 2km from Broadford Village, where you can visit the wild life arboretum and have a drink in the local pub.Enjoy the local Broadford Ashford Walking Trails. A beautiful playground in the village is there to be enjoyed which was set up by Broadford Voluntary development Association( Broadford was overall winner of the 2016 PRIDE OF PLACE ,a 32 county competition).Limerick Greenway is just 20 minutes away for walkers and cyclists and for all ages. In Newcastle West you can see Desmond Castle and in Foynes the Flying Boat Museum. There are numerous nearby activities where you can enjoy museums, craft shops, commemorative sites, and equestrian activities. Golfing includes the famous links of Ballybunion and Adare and the local courses of Newcastle West and Charleville. Restaurants for all tastes and budgets are available using local produced quality food. The towns and villages in the Shannon Region host an array of different festivals which display the unique culture of Ireland.
