2-story house with ample space, open concept main floor. Front and back yard (partially fenced), quiet neighborhood. Multi-car driveway. Town has everything from restaurants to shops and grocery stores.

The space
The main floor includes a large open concept living area, piano, and two bay windows. The kitchen flows into the dining area and has an island. There is a bedroom on the main floor with an attached bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet. The main floor bath is 3/4 - shower without tub. The upstairs bathroom is full, with a shower/tub combo. Laundry (washer and dryer) is in the back porch/entryway. Multiple closets and kitchen cabinets that are stocked with basics for your use.

Recent Remodeling Projects:
*Spring 2020:
Entire upstairs except for one bedroom repainted; upstairs bathroom upgraded; ceiling fans upgraded

*Fall 2020:
Main floor bedroom repainted

*Summer 2021:
New 50" LG TV

*Spring, 2022:
-Main living room and half of the kitchen repainted (complete)
-Fireplace and mantle removed (in process)
-New carpeting for main living room, main floor bedroom, stairs, all rooms upstairs; new flooring in main floor bathroom (ordered, installation estimated for second half of May, 2022)
-New window coverings throughout main living area and bedrooms (April, 2022)
