The space
This quaint, cute studio is nested in the back part of a beautiful colonial house located in the upscale gated community of Ocean Park. The best part? Ocean Park beach, the best in San Juan, is merely steps away, right down the street.

Ocean Park is an upscale residential community of San Juan, with clean and quiet streets, beautiful manicured lawns, where predominantly old colonial architecture mixes pleasantly with minimalistic new style buildings.

We are located only minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Loiza Street, the most up and coming neighborhood in town, with its plethora of restaurants, bars and shops, yet far enough that the noise does not reach us day or night.

When booking this apartment you will really have the best of both worlds – the serenity of an upscale residential neighborhood right by the beach, as well as the vibrating, hip and happening scene of Loiza Street and all the attractions it has to offer.

This lovely studio is nested in the backyard of our house and has its own private entry, as well as an outdoor terrace, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a drink.
The studio features a sleeping alcove that has a brand new queen size bed, with a comfortable mattress, memory foam top and cotton sheets. We provide a set of clean sheets at check-in. The sleeping alcove has an efficient A/C unit.

The kitchenette has an electrical double burner, fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee machine, as well as dinnerware, glasses and other kitchen gadgets you might need during your stay. We provide complimentary coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and cooking oil for our guests.

The bathroom has a large shower, as well as storage space for your toiletries. We offer hand soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner free of charge, as well as one set of clean cotton towels per guest.

Free high speed Wi Fi is available in this unit.

Graphic designer and surfer meets food and fashion enthusiast and created an artsy little girl that is sooo picky about her food, (her mothers fault completely). We love the beach, our friends, good food,music, art and family gatherings. We have a little dog named Gia a boston terrier with lots of personality, we are a happy and peaceful family and enjoy having tourists all over the world in our enchanted island. During your stay

Once we give you the keys and explain you how everything works, you can be on your own and can have as much privacy as you want. Obviously if you'd like to spend some time with us, we'd love to. One of us will always be available for any issues might occur during your stay. In the event that none of us is able to be there in case you need us for whatever reason, our cousin Carlos will take over and solve your issue as attentively as we would ourselves.
