The Nati House is cosy, homely and situated right in the heart of the township of Natimuk. Quirky touches make this a perfect stay for those that enjoy a visual treat. Kitchen, lounge-room, dining room, toilet/laundry along with a covered outdoor area and a backyard. Perfect for an artist, the house also contains a small studio or office space. If you're a climber, you should feel right at home - it has hosted many!

The space
After being in hibernation for a while, the house is back on Airbnb with a few new bits and licks of paint!
The Nati House definitely has a great, homely feel about it. It may not be the Taj Mahal but it has everything you need. Plenty of quirky touches to keep your eyes interested.
The bedroom has a king size bed and is super comfortable. You will also have access to the rest of the house which includes a small art studio/office space, kitchen, dining room, lounge-room, bathroom and covered in outdoor area. Decent size back garden.The kitchen has everything you need to cater for yourself.
EXTRA POINTS TO NOTE:
AVAILABILITY - Currently the house is available on weekends for a minimum 2 night stay. However, there may be the option of a longer stay but this must include the weekend. The options to show this in Airbnb aren't available and the house doesn't show in searches. So if you are wanting extra days on either side of the weekend as well, please let me know. I am currently not offering stays midweek that don't include the weekend.
The house is attached and at the rear of an art studio(locked for access), though this shouldn't impact your stay. Occasionally it may be in use but I will endeavour to limit any interruption to yourself and will discuss this with you prior.
At the rear of the property, there is a Yoga & Pilates studio space where access can be provided by prior arrangement. This may include a small fee for access. The large property has a screening fence halfway down so there should be no invasion of privacy.
The property is pet friendly, but please discuss your pet with me first to make sure it's a good fit. If you are going to leave your pet unattended inside the house, please be confident that especially in the case of dogs that they won't be anxious and turn to chewing the furniture or woodwork. There is fencing but if your dog is Houdini, it will likely find little gaps or jump over the standard size fence and gates.
WIFI - The house itself doesn't have WiFi, however the studio does and you are welcome to use this. You will need to sit outside the studio to do so.
PLEASE NOTE: THE NATI HOUSE IS AN OLD COTTAGE, IT IS NOT NEW AND SHINY. AS NOTED IT HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED AND IS COMFORTABLE, BUT IF YOU ARE WANTING A MODERN RESIDENCE THE HOUSE MAY NOT SUIT YOUR EXPECTATIONS. Please be aware of this when booking :-)
