A beautiful two-storey house located in the quiet and elegant neighborhood of Ano-Konitsa, still very close to the center of the small town of Epirus, is an ideal basis for several nearby destinations.

The space
The house consists of two master bedrooms with wooden floor and ceilings, selected antique furniture and spectacular view to the mountains and the valley of the river Aoos. In the main floor, there is a living-room with a fireplace (not decorative but with plenty of stock to spend winter evenings), a kitchen with all amenities, a bathroom, a balcony with amazing view and privacy and a terrace shaded by a high pine-tree. From the living room a wooden-stair leads to the ground-floor where there is practically a separate apartment with a corner-sofa sleeping two persons, and a big private bathroom. The beautiful garden is accessible and is ideal for a relaxed breakfast in nature.
