Attractive Sea Front One Bedroom Apartment offering one separate bedroom with Queen Size bed and A/C, a living room with open kitchen and one sofa bed which makes one confortable bed for one persons or two children, terrace with access to the water.

The space
With daily and weekly rent, the above rates include water, electricity, internet and cable television. All reservations include a pick-up at Bocas airport. Please note that cleaning of the apartment during the stay is not included; cleaning is available for an extra low cost of $10.00 per cleaning. Set of sheets and towels are available upon request.

Monthly rates include water, internet and cable television, but do not include electricity. Electricity is between +/- $35.00 and $110.00 depending of the use of the A/C. Each apartment has its own electrical meter. For stay of less than two months, the electricity charged at the end of the stay is flat charge of $70.00

The apartments are recent and completely furnished and fully equipped (linen, towels, kitchen ware, TV. and high speed internet, WIFI) and the building is secured with an electronic alarm system against fire and robbery.

Where you’ll be

Location, location, location! This place is very conveniently located, very close to the center of town (the first restaurant and the best grocery shopping in the whole town is at less than 3 minutes’ walk) but in a rather calm area of the town, right over the water with astonishing sea views towards the far way islands and you can swim directly from your terrace. The best is to swim with the tide is coming in as the water is then the nicest. Please note that we are in town and that boats are sometime passing near by. Great location for surfers as well as boat can come and pick you up directly from our place to go surfing.

I live in Bocas since 1997 and have built the Al Natural Resort before I built these incredible sea front apartments in the town of Bocas del Toro and the beach house in the island of Bastimentos where I stay when I come to the resort
