The space
The ground floor of the house offers direct access to the private pool, consists of a living-room, dining-room, fully equipped modern kitchen, W.C. and a double bedroom. At the next floor there is the master bedroom, a bathroom and two large balconies. On the verandas you can enjoy the worldwide known Mediterranean sunset.
*The ground floor bedroom has the provision to be used as singles. Furthermore the sitting room sofa can be converted to a single bed.

The property is located in one of the few remaining olive groves of Minies village in the outskirts of Argostoli, with the purpose to provide secluded and luxurious accommodation to those seeking to explore the beautiful island of Kefalonia. Although modern, the villa has been designed adhering to traditional local architecture in order to blend with nature.
