Your rest experience is the most important part for us. Pillow top queen size bed, 100% cotton sheets and great pillows are an absolute must. Loads of light in your apartment with great views in all directions, even while washing dishes. Best of all your own washer/dryer.

You can watch TV from the sofa and your bed. Cozy, is how we want you to feel. A small desk in the living area.

This apartment is very secure with keyd elevator access to our floor, loads of light with fresh, sparkling space to come home to. Adequate storage space. Small flip down desk to write home to. Comfortable sofas to watch TV or lounge in. Washer/Dryer and small clothes hand washing sink.

This studio apartment is relaxed but a completely independent and safe apartment. Absolutely no smoking inside the apartment except for your separate terrace, please close the doors, so the smoke does not enter the rest of the apartment.

You have loads of privacy.

We are close to everything. Farmacy & it delivers, Churches: Catholic, Methodist & Sinagogue. Laundry & D.C. pick up. Shopping & 2 Supermarkets. Various restaurants & banks near by. Parking is complicated in the building, that must be coordinated ahead of time and paid for separately.

Metro station, 1/2 a block from the building. Private transportation can be coordinated through Uber & white tax We can help coordinate tours to the interior.

Parking is difficult in the building, we must rent extra parking spaces should you need it. The rate is US$7/day depending on the arrangement we can make.

Brand new shopping mall 3 blocks away, with shops, financial center with 3 banks on the 3rd floor (please carry your passport to exchange money) food court, restaurants and a great supermarket. Easy walk, not so easy cross the street.

Close to everything, hospitals and other medical facilities at hand. We can help coordinate different levels of nursing care while convalescing, cooking, laundry & full housekeeping on request. Transport to and from Medical appointments.

UBER now available in Guatemala. If you prefer regular taxis, please only use YELLOW TAXIS.

Parking is complicated here, we rent guest parking and can only arrange for a limited number of spaces. We ask for a small fee of $7/day to cover costs.
