Nunfield Barn is a beautifully converted barn and one portion of the house is internally separated for our Airbnb guests, with its own entrance, downstairs toilet, kitchen/dining area and living room with doors leading to a private patio. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and shower. There is an above ground pool for use in summer, a front garden shared with us when we are here. There are fields &orchards across the road and we are 15 minute drive to Leeds Castle

The space
This has been our family home for over 28 years and we live in the other part of the barn - the two parts separated by locked doors. We are in a semi rural area on the edge of three villages, with a public footpath across the road leading through a field to apple and pear orchards. Tea, coffee, cereal milk and juice are provided on arrival. Well behaved/friendly dogs would be welcome but please request pets before instant booking.

We are in a rural area, with apple, pear and plum orchards opposite and there is a public footpath through the orchard where we walk most evenings. There is a village pub in Hartlip, half a mile walk down the road and a collection of village pubs within a few miles drive. We are within easy access to both the M2 ( five minutes drive to junction 5) and M20 (15 minutes drive from junction 7) an excellent stop off point to and from the Ferries and Eurotunnel to France.
