Perfect location! Part of a high standard, modern house very close to Browns Bay beach. 5 minute flat walk to bus, shops and restaurants. Two large bedrooms in the downstairs area with a large bathroom, allowing you exclusive use of this big area including the shower, bath and vanity, dining/lounge/kitchenette. Underfloor heating in winter. Large outdoor deck for your use , looking into garden with close sea views.
Nespresso machine available.
Off street parking. $5 per EV charge overnight.

The space
Top quality furnishings. Large lounge/dining/kitchenette area that has views to the beach and has a sunny deck you can sit on that looks into the garden . Main bedroom which has views to the beach has a king size bed (door leading onto the deck) and second bedroom has 2 king single beds. Large modern bathroom with heated towel rail, bath, large vanity and shower. We have a Nespresso machine on request and can provide the pods for $1 each which is what they cost us. Laundromat just 5 minutes walk away. Watch the sunrise and sunset over the water.

We live just a few seconds walk from the beach and 3 minutes from the shops. Browns Bay is a special unique part of the East Coast Bays in Auckland with a quiet village atmosphere. Many popular coastal walks on our doorstep. It has a popular beach, playground and shopping centre with many cafes and restaurants to suit all tastes. Close to the Albany Mall with many shops and restaurants and the Albany pool is close by to the Mall. The Millenium Centre is just a few minutes away. Close to Torbay and Murray’s Bay beaches for sailing competitions. Bus stop into Auckland city is 5 minutes away and other local beaches are close by too.

We are retired superhosts for Airbnb that love to travel as well as host. We love meeting people from various countries.

During your stay

We love meeting people from other countries as we have travelled extensively ourselves. We are happy to give any information needed for your stay but will respect your privacy and you can contact us via Airbnb App or knock on the door if you need anything. Your accommodation is on the ground level of our house and offers you as much privacy as you want. We live upstairs with a concrete floor between both levels so there is no noise from upstairs.
Unfortunately not suitable for babies or toddlers as no high chair or portable cot and not fully fenced.
