My charming and cozy apartment in natural stone is located in an ancient and quiet district of Valle Imagna, surrounded by chestnut woods, between streams and mule tracks. Amore a prima vista: questo è stata per me Roncola, piccolo paese montano della Valle Imagna, ricco di storia e circondato dalla natura che mi ha letteralmente stregata.
E' qui che ho deciso di vivere, affacciandomi ogni mattina, al risveglio, sulla valle e ammirando le montagne che la circondano. Tutto ciò è per me impagabile e ad ogni sguardo un'emozione nuova, come se fosse la prima volta.
Amo molto viaggiare; tutto mi affascina, dalle città caotiche alle lande desolate; e poi torno qui, perché qui ho scelto di mettere le mie radici, in questo posto per me magico, tra castagni, ruscelli, boschi, mulattiere, coccolata dal canto degli uccelli e dal suono melodioso dei campanacci delle mucche al pascolo, avvolta dai veri profumi delle stagioni che ancora qui si susseguono.
Adoro leggere durante le lunghe e fredde sere d'inverno o ciaspolare al chiaro di luna nei boschi circostanti, durante l'estate passeggiare e arrampicarmi sui sentieri dei monti circostanti.

It was love at first glance when I first set foot in Roncola, a tiny mountain village in the Imagna Valley near Bergamo. This site full of history and surrounded by nature literally bewitched me with its beauty.
This is where I decided to live, waking up every morning with the stunning view of the Prealpi Orobiche all around.
The feeling of being immersed in this landscape is priceless, it always feels like the time I first saw it.
I love travelling, I've seen many places – from the most chaotic cities to the calmest countryside – but then I always come back here, because this is where I decided to put down my roots. Nothing compares to this magical place surrounded by woods, muletiers, streams, pampered by the melodies of the birds, the calming sound of the cowbells, and the scent of the actual seasons passing by.
I love reading during the long and cold winter nights or snowshoeing in the moonlight through the surrounding woods, and going for relaxing walks or climbing mountains during the crisp and sunny summer days.
