The entire inside of the unit is private; there is no shared bathroom or kitchen. a private, grassed, and gated courtyard out the back. We have a shared driveway, shared path to the unit, and a permanent park in the carpark area. The sofa bed in the lounge is suitable for a child, teen, or shorter adult; it is not a full-length bed. We have a bamboo foam mattress topper, which makes it quite comfortable. All linen is included. We are five minutes from the Waikato Hospital, City Centre, Claudelands Showgrounds, Waikato University, Hamilton Gardens, and a short walk to Southern Cross Hospital.

Where you’ll be

Hamilton, Waikato, New Zealand

Hamilton City is walking distance over the bridge, or a two minute drive. The Hamilton bus depo is located in the central city.

There is a lovely river walk at the doorstep and many Cafe's in the Hamilton East Village is a short walk also. You will find bus stops in Hamilton East. If you prefer a long walk along the river, 30 minutes will take you to the Hamilton Gardens.

Mavis Cafe is at the end of the road which is a small five minute walk, along with numerous medical amenities on Von Tempsky Street.

Claudelands Events Centre is walking distance, or a short two minute drive.

The University of Waikato is a short drive up the road, and the Waikato Hospital is also a short two minute drive away, or a 15 minute walk.

Both Rugby and Cricket Stadiums, and the Hamilton Gardens are a 10 minute drive.

Less than 20 minutes to the Hamilton Airport, Mystery Creek Events Centre and the Cambridge Velodrome.

My nickname is Sarna, I'm 36 years old and married to Blake. I started short term rentals in 2015 and have slowly built up a successful rentals business (with nine managed rentals from 2017-2019). However now we run a slower pace with our new baby girl who was born early 2020.

I decided to create the business after guests of our Private Courtyard Oasis approached me (while we were on Honeymoon!) and asked that I look after their house as a BNB.

My accommodation standard is important, I continuously work hard to create the best environment inside each unit, and always encourage any feedback you may have - especially if something needs improvement for future guests to enjoy. If something needs fixing, I will fix it!
