Our framehouse was built 2014 and is located in a quiet housing complex and an open country side with a view to wine gardens, wine cellar alleys and a look-out tower. The house offers all amenities of an one family house.

The space
Our Stadl is a modern one-family house with an optical characteristic of a framehouse. The terrace has a view to the wine-mountains and is also canopied and furnished (Lounge-furniture and dining table). Of course it is allowed to play or chill in the garden. If you like you can also use a barbecue (Gas-Grill is available).

Wir sind eine kleine Familie (Gebhard und Sohn Lorenz), die im Grünen lebt und Freude an Gesellschaft hat. Darum haben wir ein kleines Holzhaus praktisch von Grund auf neu errrichtet, wo wir "nebenberuflich" das Haus einerseits als Gästehaus betreiben und andererseits selber die heimelige Gemütlichkeit genießen.
