You will be staying in our Grandma cottage style home.
Your room has its own private entrance! Full sized bed for only 1 guest. The bathroom is shared with other 1-2 other guest when booked.

Please READ all of the info, I have tried to cover it here. If I missed something please ask.
You will be staying in a Grandma style cottage.
Your room has hard wood floors, and its own private entrance! The bathroom is shared with 1-2 other guests when that room is booked. It has a Full sized bed, always clean sheets. There is plenty of closet space to store your stuff as well as full length mirrors on the closet doors. There is also a mini fridge in the room for you to store food and beverages.
Check in is anytime after 10am, on Sunday check in anytime after noon. Check out is by 9am. Sorry I can't alter this due to my work schedule.
The rest of the home is not available for use but there are great places to get coffee and great food just a few blocks away. See the guidebook.
It is a non smoker room. Sorry we do not rent to smokers.
The climate in Costa Mesa is usually very mild, most homes do not have air-conditioning. In the summer you will need to open the windows and turn the ceiling fan on, as this room does NOT have air conditioning.
Parking is available on the street, but Wednesday morning is street cleaning day, no parking from 8-10am. Just park around the corner on Tustin Ave.
Wi-Fi is High speed password is written in your room.
We will no longer have a TV and cable due to the lack of use, everyone uses their computers.
For those of you who are not familiar with the area, East Side Costa Mesa is a real hot spot in Orange County! We are right by John Wayne Airport, less than a mile from the beach, and close to so many amazing local coffee shops and eateries. Please use the guidebook to find some of our favorite places to go and if you have questions about any, please feel free to ask us!
This one bedroom would be ideal for someone traveling on business who is looking for a nice, central place to stay while in the area.
This room is better set up for only one guest.
Check out the other room with a queen size bed if there are 2 of you.

Guests will have access to the room, with a private entrance. The hallway leads to the bathroom which is shared with another guest.
On the day of your arrival the key will be left under the mat to your door, the smaller door on the left of the house as you approach from the street. Look for the mermaid on the door. Check in is anytime after 10am, Sunday any time after noon, checkout is by 9am.

Parking is easy to find on the street. Please don't park in the driveway.

Guests have a mostly private stay. Guests may see each other in the hallway or outside the house coming and going. We have had several stay and not even meet them due to schedules. We are always happy to meet the guests, and respect your desire for solitude also. Please text or call if you want to say Hi, we'd love to meet you.

Eastside Costa Mesa has everything so close by.
Within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants and great coffee shops. See the guidebook.

Bus stop is just a few blocks away.

We do live in a typical neighborhood with some traffic noise and cannot change that. I cannot offer a completely Zen Quiet experience, we do live in the house. If you plan on sleeping in late or all day you may want to choose a less active neighborhood.
We are close to popular 17th St shops, restaurants and grocery stores.
