" The large apartment has sleeping accommodations for up to 8 people. It has 3 bedrooms (Only 2 are available to our guests) and 2 baths, large modern kitchen, a large living and dining room with wood burning fire place, enclosed by 4 large sliding glass doors that give out to 35 sqm of outside balconies. Beautiful views and sunsets can be enjoyed from the balcomies or inside the unit.

" The large apartment has sleeping accommodations for up to 8 people. It has 3 bedrooms (One of the bedrooms is closed and not available to our guests) and 2 baths, large modern kitchen, a large living and dining room with wood burning fire place, enclosed by 4 large sliding glass doors that give out to 35 sqm of outside balconies. The apartment has a total inside living space of 180 sqm. The apartment has a traditional style with wood beam ceilings and furnished with antique furniture and fully equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave oven, clothes washer and dryer. Internet ADSL and Wi-Fi is available . From the living room and from the balconies there are splendid views of Monte Cucco, the hills of Gubbio, and the historic center of Sigillo. The apartment is located next to the city park, where in the summer time are held feasts, night dancing, and theater plays. At a distance of 3-4 Km from Sigillo are public open and covered swimming pools. Sigillo, on the ancient Roman road Flaminia (SSN 3) is conveniently situated for easy connections to the Medieval Umbrian cities of Gubbio, Assisi, Perugia, Spoleto, and in the Marche region Urbino, Fabriano, and San Marino, all within 15 to 60 minutes. The unit is large approximately 180 m2. It is on the 2nd level above the ground level. It is located at the perimeter of the town of Sigillo. The 270 degree view is stunning of the country side, the town and the mountain. It is located across the street from the city park where in the summer months are held dancing and music free to the public. Dinner with specialized dishes, such as wild board, polenta, truffle, and local specialties are available for a price generally around 15 EUR.
