Accommodation in a newly built complex, walking distance to nearby town centre, close to train station into Birmingham City Centre also Plenty of buses into the City Centre. The room is based on the first floor with other 2 bedrooms that are only used by the family.

I am a fantastic host offering a warm comfortable room on the first floor within a well built town house. I am a excellent cook eager to meet new people from different cultures and nationalities.

I am set for smart pricing with AirBnB and am will to give special rates especially, to students.
Tea and coffee and toast are free and recommend that the guest feel free and help themselves to this. As for cooked breakfast if I am available to prepare it this will cost £4.00pppn and dinner £5.00pppn

My place is unique because of the welcome my family gives to the guest on arrival and also I value other cultures and would love to exchange cultural experiences with my guest. I am a warm, approachable, bubbly and professional lady who is eager to meet like- minded people. We have not pets in our home due to allergies within the family.

A very bubbly person who enjoy and value meeting new people. God fearing as well as good at hosting and making people feel comfortable. Enjoys cooking and learning how to cook different dishes.
