Enjoy a unique seaside environment in a triplex house 100 m2 half an hour from the center of Athens. The house is in a complex of four family residences, surrounded by plenty of trees, in front of the beach, in the region Zouberi near Nea Makri.

The space
THE HOUSE

This very nice and fully equipped house is a three stairs residence. It has the main bedroom with double queen bed on the 1st floor, with its bathroom with shower, overlooking from the big terrace the sea.
In the basic roof there is the living room with the beautiful open kitchen fully equipped and a big veranda looking on the garden and the sea.
A big space 40 m2 is downstairs with two sofa beds who can be two double beds, and a w.c.
Ideal for a family with two childrens or three, there is the possibility for a supplement bed downstairs if wished, or two couple of friends.

The house is very nicely decorated, built in an Cycladic architectural style. This beach house offers the opportunity to swim everyday; the sea in front of the house is very clean, with a quiet beachfront, staying at the same time near Athens. The sea is also ideal for serfing.
The kitchen is fully equipped and you can cook using all the kitchenware, there is also an outside BBQ you can use.
It is wonderful to see the sun coming up in front of the house, to swim this hour that the sea is calm and to see little fishes around you, to take breakfast on the veranda and relax by reading or painting or dreaming.

THE AREA

The beach house is located in front of the seaside of the region between Rafina and Marathon, on the Aegean sea.
Near the residence is the little town of Nea Makri in 2 km distance and Rafina in 5 km, where there are banks, post office, supermarkets, cinemas, theaters, shops. The region is fully of restaurants, bars, an esplanade on the sea in walking distance near the little port of Nea Makri give you the chance to keep walking day and night.
In the region you can visit the historic town of Marathon, 5 kilometers from the house, with the museum and the historic tomb and the lake of Marathon on the mountain. The little port of Agia Marina is close by and the port of Rafina is also 5 km away, from where you can take a boat to many islands like Andros, Tinos, Mykonos, and other beautiful islands...
