Welcome to a 4400 square foot renovation of a 120 year old wormy chestnut barn set on a 243 acre former farm in the West Virginia mountains. Originally started in 2007 as a project to create a place to watch football every board on the outside was removed to be used again on the inside while keeping as much of the original barn structure visible. Stay in a historic renovation without giving up creature comforts in a place made for entertaining friends,family and business associates.

A 68 year old single man with 40 years of successful professional sales and 25 years of real estate investing with properties in four states. I am born and raised in New Jersey and have traveled extensively for business. I speak a smattering of eight languages with broken English being my best second langauge. I am comfortable in most ethnic and cultural situations as I consider myself a Foodie. I have been to some wonderful locations but have had my best time in back water places with down to earth people like here in West Virginia. I am very gregarious and a thoughtful host; I am an explorer of both belt ways and back roads by nature so if you come stay with me I will point you in the right direction of what you want to experience or leave you alone to enjoy the properties tranquility.
