House with a family atmosphere, where we live my wife, 3 daughters (14, 7 and 3 years), and myself. Located in a cul-de-sac, super quiet in a neighborhood close to downtown, supermarkets, bakery, pharmacies, etc. Plenty of space, garage for up to 3 cars available for guests, plus my car, gourmet space, with barbecue and pizza oven.
