Exclusive 1800 square-foot three bedroom two bath cabin situated on a private 20 acre lake in a private valley. Who knew there was such an awesome place so close to Omaha and Lincoln?! Possibly the most beautiful property in Nebraska. Great fishing year-round. Lake is stocked with many varieties of large fish. Wonderful daily visiting water fowl of all varieties. Beautiful display of sunlight reflecting off the water and changing hourly. 50% discount for monthly stays!

The space
Cottonwood Lake Reservoir is a little piece of heaven. Just 1 hour from Fremont, Omaha, or Lincoln. Our farm is an 80 acre parcel, including a 20 acre lake. Western 1/3 of the lake belongs to the neighbors but there are no other houses on the lake and no other homes can be seen. The property is situated in a valley and it’s not visible from the road. Complete peace and quiet. Fiber optic Internet, mesh WiFi, and printer allows guests to work from home. Beds will sleep 10 comfortably. Bring your extended family. Many additional RVs may be parked in the yard for an unforgettable week. RVs will need to use their generators as no hook ups are provided. Tent camping is also possible for additional guests. Fire pit in the front yard is supplied with wood. Master bedroom is large and extremely romantic and would be a wonderful place to spend a honeymoon. I raised my 5 children in this home and it holds a special place in my heart. My children grew up believing that this was the most amazing place that I could’ve ever chosen to have raised them. We all enjoyed the bike rides, the beach walks, and the fantastic shops and restaurants along second street.
