Welcome to ALPHA VILLAGE!! – Our village consists of 3 freshly renovated units located in Hollywood, Florida. There are 2 units with 2bed/2bath and a 1unit cottage with 1bed/1bath with a pool view. Our guests come from all over the world to enjoy the awesome weather and attractions! All the facilities on the property, like the pool and common laundry room, are EXCLUSIVELY for our Alpha Village Guests. The village is located very close to major transportation hubs such as Fort Lauderdale International Airport and Port Everglades (usually takes ONLY 10 minutes!!). The village is surrounded by many great restaurants, and attractions, with Hollywood Beach being ONLY a 5 min drive from the village! We always try our best to make sure you have a wonderful time staying in Alpha Village :) Please do not hesitate to ask us if you have any other questions after reviewing the property and we hope to see you soon!
The space
This cottage is a freshly renovated 1bed/1bath that is slightly over 500sqft which makes it seem spacious with all the area. The cottage has direct access to our beautiful Alpha Village pool!
The living room is furnished with a sectional sofa and office table that you can use it as your workspace during your stay. Before entering the kitchen, you will find the minibar layout countertop where there are barstools to relax while having a great time out at the pool. The living room has direct access to the pool making only a few steps to the pool during your stay. (Please Keep The Door Closed. Even We Do Get Monthly Pest Control We Want To Keep The Unit Safe from Bugs, Rats, and Cockroaches)
The kitchen has all the silverware, cups, and plates. COTTAGE DOES NOT HAVE A FULL KITCHEN. There are microwave, refrigerator, and sink. Also, we provide teas and quality grounded coffee and coffee tools (Please do not take the tools with you! Your next guest will suffer without the coffee). Make your coffee time enjoyable :)
The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a huge closet that could fit all your belongings during your stay. Our freshly updated bathroom has a glass door shower.
The pool! We have a Alpha village pool shared with Exclusively our guests. The pool is inside a secure fence with passcode doors to enter.
Laundry can be done in our common laundry room. It is open from 8AM-11AM, 4PM-10PM for our smooth operation. The laundry room is located in the detached cottage equipped with stackable steam function washer and dryer. We Don’t Charge Our Guests a Single Penny To Use. THIS UNIT IS LOCATED CLOSE TO THE LAUNDRY ROOM.
In terms of amenities, we’ve got covered as mentioned and you’ll have access to small but important things like: Iron, blow dryer, towels, napkins, and more.
