Situated in the beautiful Chichester harbour town of Emsworth, this cottage style apartment is a stones throw from the sea and all local pubs, restaurants, cafes. There is a private, sunny garden which enjoys a south-westerly aspect with a BBQ and fire pit. Inside is characterful and well appointed, furnished to a very high standard with a luxury EVE mattress, bath and shower, comfortable dining and lounge areas and all mod cons making this the perfect spot for a romantic weekend away!

The space
You enter this cozy ground floor apartment from it's own private entrance which is set back from the road. You are welcomed into the open plan living space with a beautiful modern kitchen with stone worktops, and the well appointed living area with large dining table. All of which is well decorated with house plants and beautiful artwork. There is a large flat screen TV and from the sofa there is a view out of the patio doors which lead to the fully enclosed sunny garden. There is a large bedroom with a king size bed and luxury EVE mattress. The bathroom is modern with a shower over the bath.
