There is one large bedroom with a double bed and in the large bathroom there is a single bed for an additional guest.
The single bed could be moved to the other room if needed.
An additional baby bed (max. 2 year) could be provided on request.

Aalter is an ideal location for biking tours or as a 'basecamp' to visit Ghent (25 km) , Bruges (25 km), Antwerp (80 km, on your way to Amsterdam ?) or the coast (35 km).

There are about 5 guided biking tours most of which pass at 200m from our house.

The house is located at 250m from the central market square with numerous restaurants.
Bakery and typical Belgian Frietkot (french fries) at 200m.

We are a couple with one 9-year old son.

Our common hobby is ballroom dancing, I also like photography and tennis.

We used to travel a lot around the world before we had our son. We even lived in Capetown, South-Africa for 2 years. Now that we can't travel that far anymore we'd like to keep the travel spirit up by renting out a room in our garden house.
