Located on the ground floor, easily accessible for people with mobility problems, however it is not suitable for people in wheelchairs.

It consists of a small social area, with a small dining for two people, a kitchen equipped with a small refrigerator, coffee maker, hot water kettle, two-burner induction cooker, microwave, with everything you need to prepare light meals.

Clinics, universities, shops, restaurants, historic center 15 minutes walk, Mall de Rio 1km.
On weekends there is a lot of nightlife, due to the proximity to Av. Remigio Crespo, so there can be noise, especially on Fridays and Saturdays.
