Spacious and child-friendly cottage with three bedrooms and sleeping space for six 15 minutes from Evje. Fantastic place in the summer with its own shallow beach, rowing boat and good fishing opportunities. Great hiking trails. In winter, the ski slopes start close by. Very quiet and private. Without electricity and water, but with gas refrigerator, gas cooker and solar cell lamps. Outdoor toilet with direct entrance from the back of the cottage. Good 4g coverage. Please ask about availability.

The space
The cottage has three bedrooms with new and comfortable beds. Large master bedroom with 160 bed, bedroom number two has family bunk bed with 120 bed at the bottom, and bedroom number three has two single beds that can be put together and become a 140 bed.
The kitchen is simple but well equipped, and there is a spacious gas fridge in the hallway and gas stove in the kitchen. The cottage is heated with wood but also has a gas heater. Outdoor toilet with direct access from the tram behind the cottage.

Private cottage with few neighbours. Located in an area of traditional cottages approx. 4 km from the new cottage area Høgås, where there are skiing tracks and even a small slope with a lift.

You may be visited by insects in the summer, and we know that mice visit the sheds occasionally, but never see them. The cabin is located in the woods and it is of course important to check yourself for ticks, and to watch out for vipers if you are walking around.

I am 55 and have two children aged 18 and 21. I work at the International Education Office at the University of Agder, Norway, a job which allows me to travel quite a bit. I also enjoy travelling in my holidays and have been lucky to visit many places throughout the world.

In my sparetime I like the outdoors, the sea and the forest. I love reading and listening to audiobooks. I am a quiet and friendly guest who will treat the property with great care.
