This property has access to the ocean so feel free to bring your water toys as there is a boat launch and boat dock for your use. Hart's General Store has a wide variety of foods and is only a 5 minute walk from the house. Guysborough is a 5 minute drive with all the conveniences you will need.

This is a 2 bedroom (1 queen & 1 king) home with 1.5 bathrooms. Laundry facilities in the main bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room & front sunroom. Bbq and patio chairs available for you too.

300’ oceanfront on Broad Cove. Free private boat launch and docking on “state of the art” dock. Great for swimming with gradual stony entry, fishing or watching the best sunsets in Nova Scotia. Dock has swim ladder, bench, muskoka chairs, umbrella and fishing rods. Catch some mackerel or brown trout right off the dock. Bring your boat, jet skis, kayaks, canoe, motorcylces or bikes. Plenty of parking for whatever toys you want to bring. Broad Cove & Millford Haven River (tidal estuary) is very protected so it’s a ideal watersport desintation with access to Guysborough Harbour and the magnificent Chedabucto Bay. Common to see dolphins, seals, whales and eagles.
