I'm going to study and work for a few months in Mexico and open my apartment for you! I leave it complete, with all the items I use in my daily life.

The space
the apartment has 2 bedrooms, of which 1 is en-suite with a double box bed;
the other bedroom has a single box bed, study/work table and full bathroom in front. Both bedrooms have Venetian windows and operation via remote control.
The bathrooms are identical and the shower is electric and gas powered.

Living room and kitchen are in the same space in an open concept:

The living room has cable TV (sky), plus Star+, Netflix, HBO Max, Amazon Prime; Fiber optic internet (400mb) - great for sailing and working. And a super Nintendo Classic at your disposal, in case you want to remember good and old times of the video game. Access to a balcony and barbecue area is through the living room.

The sun hits the entire apartment in the afternoon and it's nice to barbecue on the balcony.

The kitchen has a table for up to 6 people, with 4 chairs and a bench. In addition to a counter with two high stools; the stove is a cooktop with 5 burners; I don't have an oven, but an airfryer; and other items such as a sandwich maker, coffee maker, blender, etc.

The apartment is 13, on the 1st floor and you can access via elevator or staircase.
