I am an energetic and positive yoga teacher, living half my life in the amazing city of Sao Paolo and the other half in a village in the middle of the atlantic rainforest of Brazil.

I love deep talks with friends, cooking vegetarian meals, meeting new cultures and going visiting my yoga students all around the world. Indeed, I am a full time yoga teacher who teaches both online and in-person. My students are from all around the World and I have been to Europe and US visiting them.

I offer my cosy and lovely house in the safe neighborhood of Moinho Velho. The house is 10 minutes far from the metro station called Sacoma. Nearby you can find a supermarket, bakery shops, parks, restaurants and cafeterias.
