A contemporary 2-story villa surrounded by large glass-railed areas and splendor natural light in constant visual communication with the pine forest's exterior green. Ground floor intended exclusively for social areas with connection to 2 gardens with sunrise and west deck. Private areas upstairs with 2 bedrooms. Master bedroom with king size double bed and private bathroom with shower and hot tub. Second bedroom with two single beds and a private bathroom with bathtub. Also in the living room area a single sofa bed is available.
