Welcome to our 2022 Astoria with south facing decking to catch the sun all day. Located 2 minutes walk to main centre, bars, (including one dog friendly), pool, spa, gym, shop etc. parking for 2 cars.

The space
The Astoria has 2 bedrooms, the first consists of a King size bed, a fitted wardrobe, dressing table with stool, hairdryer, 32inch flat screen smart TV and an en suite toilet and shower room.

The second bedroom has two full-size single beds and a fitted wardrobe. A second toilet and shower room (family-sized) is in the adjacent room which separates the two bedrooms.

There is a spacious and well equipped kitchen-lounge-diner which has plenty of seating for both dining and lounging as well as the following items:
- 65 inch flat screen smart TV
- washer-dryer
- fridge/freezer
- dishwasher
- gas hob
- gas oven
- microwave
- toaster
- kettle
- vacuum cleaner

The property has private outside space in the form of a fully enclosed south-facing decked area with secure gate, making it both pet and child friendly. This outside space has a resin picnic bench along with 2 recliner chairs making it an ideal place to socialise, or just relax in the sun with a good book.
