Welcome to your private, entertaining Villa nestled in Nicholasville, Kentucky on a Thoroughbred horse farm for the perfect Bluegrass experience. With 4,000 square feet of indoor space and a covered pergola with a gourmet kitchen, fireside lounge, and salt water pool, this is the place to be.

Entering the Executive style home with 18’ ceilings, you’ll find the master bedroom with pass thru fireplace, granite, jacuzzi and tile shower with wall jets. Also on the main floor is the living room with stone fireplace and dry bar, dining room that seats 8, a queen bedroom, fully stocked kitchen with 8 additional dining seats, laundry room, and two half bathrooms. Head up the spiral staircase adorned with a Juliette balcony, you will find a casual family room, two bedrooms with en-suite granite bathrooms, a bedroom with two twin beds perfect for children of all ages and a full bathroom. All bedrooms have a TV, some with cable, and some with smart tv capabilities.
