Nestling in the heart of Dorchester is Daisy’s Dorchester. A cosy, end of terrace cottage, built in 1879 and fully renovated in late 2021, with style and comfort in mind.

This holiday home is located near the centre of Dorchester town, but on the edge of the countryside, overlooking the Mill stream (a man-made waterway) diverted from the River Frome to originally feed the town’s water mills. Daisy’s Dorchester would suit a couple or a small family as it sleeps up to three people plus baby, and your four-legged friend.

Upon entry you will be greeted by a stylish living room featuring elegant sofas, eye catching wall art and floral curtains, lighted by a stunning crystal chandelier. The gilt over mantel mirror above the electric coal effect fire will remind you of the Victorian era. The living room is equipped with shelves of books, DVDs and a smart TV to indulge in your favourite film.

Continue through to the modern kitchen boasting muted green walls, laminate flooring with white cupboards and worktops, creating a welcoming spot for the family to spend some quality time. The kitchen area is practical with everything you need to cook your favourite meal. The kitchen is flooded with natural light from the skylight windows, and the doors, leading to the back garden, create a bright and airy space.

Step on to the rear enclosed, elevated patio area with garden furniture and BBQ – perfect to sit back and relax with a glass of wine on a sunny summer’s evening. The garden is not on one level and has several steps.
A beautiful walk-in shower room with WC and heated towel rail is also located on the ground floor, providing easy access for guests.

When night draws in, head upstairs to two bedrooms; king size bedroom featuring stylish paintings and the views of the River Frome, and a single bedroom with large wardrobe storage, providing ample space for clothing.

Daisy’s Dorchester is within a 5-minute walk from the centre of Dorchester, historic Roman town, the home of world renowned author - Thomas Hardy. Leave your car behind - all the town's independent shops, restaurants, cinema and cafes are is within walking distance!

The town has ample activities and sites to be enjoyed whatever the weather. The Dorchester market, taking place a short walk from the town centre, is held on every Wednesday throughout the year from 06.30 – 14.00 – great event to pick up fresh bread, meat or fruit for your evening meal.

Why not stop at Hendover Café for some delicious breakfast or afternoon tea? If you are after a stand out dining experience then Myra's Kaiseki is just for you – fine dining restaurant with dedicated customer service, exceptional Japanese food and extensive wine list (number one restaurant in Dorchester by Trip Advisor).
