The space
Each room is appointed with fine furniture, walk-in dressing room and touches of rare wood. Private balcony with a serene view of the swimming pool or a frame bay window seating, adding a splash of Thai-Balinese palette to the room. Bedrooms:
- There are 3 bedrooms.
- Air-conditioning, Heating, Wi-Fi, attached bathrooms and Double beds are offered in all rooms.
- All rooms have access to private sit-outs & decks overlooking the pool.
- All three bedrooms have a provision for an extra bedding as fold-away mattress.

Bathrooms:
- There are 3 ensuite bathrooms in the villa, including the master bathroom with Walk-in Closet, Steam and Bath Tub.
- Besides, we also have a powder room attached to the living area.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
- All bathrooms also have a shower cubicle.

Common Areas:
- The living room seats up to 10-12 people.
- It offers a large flat screen TV, music system and a bluetooth speaker.
- Board games, chess and carrom board and a well-stocked library are also available.
- There is a patio overlooking the pool in the front attached to the living room and big lawns at the back of the villa.
- Events can be organised at an additional cost, on prior notice. separate dining room offers comfortable seating space for 6 people.
- Guests can enjoy the game zone in the club house, which is also equipped with a world-class gym, yoga hall, spa, sauna, steam, jacuzzi and lounging space.
- There is a 2000 sq.ft. lawn and a garden, which can seat up to 50 people comfortably.

Kitchen:
- There is a fully functional kitchen in the villa.
- The kitchen is equipped with a oven, grill, refrigerator, a microwave, a gas stove and a water purifier.
- Crockery and cutlery are available for up to 12 people.
- Though a private chef is available to prepare sumptuous meals of your choice, guests do have access to the kitchen.

Food & Beverages:
- A complimentary breakfast is offered.
- For vegetarian and non vegetarian meals, a complete 3-course lunch is priced at INR1000.00 per person, per meal and dinner is priced at INR1500 per person, per meal.
- During peak seasons, such as Diwali, Christmas and New Year’s, the meal cost is Rs.2000 per person, per day.
- All meals for kids between 5-8 years can be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 800 per person, per day. Meals for kids up to 5 years is complimentary.
- Outside meals are strictly not allowed.
- An additional 5% tax will be applicable on meals.

The metro, local buses, shared tuk-tuks, auto-rickshaws and taxi aggregator apps, including Uber and Ola, solve the commute problem in the city quite comfortably.
