R&R Retreat #6 is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with a study. It is conveniently located less than a mile from Mountaineer Field at Milan Puskar Stadium and both Ruby Memorial and Mon General Hospitals. It is located on the top floor of a 6 unit apartment building. We aim to rent all other units to working professionals who keep normal hours and maintain a respectful noise level. The building offers coin operated washers and dryers along with one off-street parking spot per unit.

Keyless entry is available on the front door of the apartment for your ease of entry. There are also laundry facilities (coin-operated washers and dryers on site). The codes for entry will be provided to you after booking. There is ONE off-street parking spot provided (located closest to the mailboxes and labeled with a red number “6” on the parking block).
