This adorable cabin is tucked away off of I-70 and located directly on Clear Creek with a brand new spacious deck and hot tub.
It has one bed and one bathroom as well as a full sized (and fully stocked!) kitchen. We also have a full sized washer/dryer. There is only one other neighbor on 10 acres of land.
Georgetown is only 7 minutes away and Loveland Ski Basin is only about 5 minutes away. We have easy access to the highway, but also to peace and quiet! Experience the best of both worlds.

The space
This area is oozing with history and beauty. We have 10 acres for you to roam around and enjoy nature. You can go fishing in the river behind the cabin or hang out at the fire pit right along the river and kick back and enjoy the sounds of nature.

⭐When you enter the cozy cabin, you can see out the large picture windows facing the trees. To your right is the gas fireplace that provides heat for the cabin- connected to the thermostat.
⭐The opening to the bedroom is to your right next to the gas stove. This is a small, intimate cabin so the room does not have a door. The bedroom has a cozy Queen bed and a TV mounted on the wall. It also has a dresser for storage.
⭐To your left when you enter the cabin is the door to the bathroom. The bathroom has high ceilings that let in tons of natural lighting. There is a full bathtub/shower for your use. We also supply fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, bars of soap and makeup remover.
⭐In between the bathroom and opening for the kitchen is the dining table. This table has seating for 4 and is large enough for a full meal.
⭐Our galley style kitchen has windows that let in sunlight as well as a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, cooking utensils and much more. There is a full sized washer and dryer that is ready to use and is located in the back of kitchen- we have detergent and dryer sheets.
⭐A lovely wood fireplace separates the back of the cabin from the front. The living room is really the shining star of the cabin because it has picture windows all around, letting in tons of sunlight as well as lovely views. The couch, chair and coffee table are here, as well as another small table with seating for two- perfect for playing games by the window or a romantic meal for two.
⭐Brand-new French doors open out on to our large deck that faces the trees. We own 10 acres of land, and Clear Creek runs directly behind the cabin on our property. Our large deck extends out to the creek and has a large, 4 person hot tub and a propane grill as well as an outdoor dining table with benches. We also have a hang-out area closer to the creek with chairs and a fire pit.

** Pets welcome with $50 Pet Fee**
*Please be aware that there is a cabin next to ours with a caretaker living there. You should not have any issues/interactions with him, but you can see his cabin from ours. This is the only neighbor on over 10 acres!

We own ten acres of land right off of I-70. You will be amazed at how close you are to the highway, yet still so immersed in nature. There are multiple buildings on our property, but only the cabin and our caretaker's cabin are in use. This means that you have plenty of peace and quiet and no disturbances from neighbors.
Clear Creek is right behind our cabin and it is a great spot to fly fish from May to October.
The trailhead for Grays and Torreys Peak is about 20 minutes up Stevens Gulch Road. This road is right by our cabin, which makes it the perfect place to stay when you want to go conquer a 14'er in the morning!

We put the house numbers on a tree before turning down the road to our cabin. There is a little red barn to help let you know you are in the right place.
