Lovely little house located on a quiet and beautiful property only a 10 minute walk to the Central Park. Located within a beautiful property with beautiful large garden area. Right outside the property are several mom and pop stores with general items like eggs, drinks, and water, and a vegetable shop with fruit and veggies. The local food market and artisan market are about 5 minutes away on foot. The buses that go to Ciudad Vieja, Dueñas and Alotenango are only a block away to get to.

The space
Studio includes a fully equipped kitchen, microwave, blender, stove, and fridge, water filter and private bathroom, queen size bed and a desk work area with WIFI. Laundry is available upon request, Q35 per load.
