The space
We have carefully and individually designed each and every one of our studios to complement the stunning, unobstructed views of the Aegean Sea and Poros Island. 50 square meters of modern space, with floor to ceiling windows and the Live-Bio touch.

The studio has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a huge bed and a wide built-in sofa, a large working desk, a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom.

The kitchen has a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, glasses, crockery, cutlery and everything else you may need.

The large bathroom offers a modern shower, and two wash basins for comfort.

The property is on the mainland (Peloponnese), 1.5 kilometers outside the town of Galatas, offering gorgeous views to the island of Poros and the Aegean Sea. Highly recommended for connoisseurs of relaxation and romance.
We are located on the hillside and your private balcony is THE place to relax and enjoy the view. We are not in the hustle and bustle of things, which means no traffic (except the traffic from the boats!) and no noise from bars or restaurants. Our neighbourhood offers an unparalleled place for relaxation, while still close enough to the town of Galatas and the Island of Poros. A 5 minute walk from the property you find yourself on the Plaka beach and 15min further on Aliki beach, the nicest one in the area.
You will find all amenities you require in the region, including grocery stores, local produce markets, a spa and several beaches.
Live-Bio is also an expression of our lifestyle, which combines nature, healthy eating and various activities. If you are interested in sailing, swimming, hiking, cycling, yoga, excursions to the nearby islands or ancient sites, cooking classes, discovery of the local culture and getting to know the local community, this is your perfect place! We offer a number of activities in the area, as well as memorable sailing trips in the region.
Our region is a great place for visiting nearby beaches, historical sites (including two UNESCO World Heritage Sites - the Sanctuary of Asclepius with the gorgeous Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus and the Palace of Mycenae in Tiryns), the stunning volcanic peninsula of Methana, the wine making region of Nemea and the famous Lemon Tree forest which is only 500 meters away. Poros Island is 2 minutes away on a taxi boat (costs 1 euro) from the town of Galatas.
Come and enjoy the gorgeous views and the silence, whilst being a stone's throw away from the vibe.

Live-Bio is the lifestyle expression of Magdalena and Periklis, two entrepreneurs who decided to drop professional life for the love of nature, locally grown food and people-centred experiences.

We are a couple from Poland and Greece who met in South Africa, flirted in Colombia and got engaged in Mexico. Periklis studied in London, worked in New York City, Toronto and Johannesburg, and is currently a doctoral student in Spain; and Magdalena comes from the gorgeous city of Gdansk and lived in Mexico before she moved to Cape Town and subsequently Johannesburg.

We were successful in our professional lives but we needed something more. We believe that life is about being creative, about interacting with people, and about living closer to nature and its produce. We felt that we spent too much time 'buying' money while the only thing that money cannot buy is time. We agreed that failing is preferable to not trying, that risk is better than placidity, and that mental and emotional balance is the greatest form of wealth. So we did it!

We settled in the sun-kissed coast of Argolida on the North-East of the Peloponnese, only a couple of hours away from Athens and started an eco-friendly business with a focus on hospitality, local produce and travel-based experiences.

Live-Bio is a lot more than a business to us. It is a lifestyle and a way to meet people! Interacting with our guests is a core element of our offering. We organise a number of activities in the local area (wine tasting, sailing, hiking etc) and we throw a dinner for our guests every now and then, just to meet each other better!
