A spacious holiday villa 140m² to 7 pers., located just 5 km from Storforsen, Sweden's largest rapids, invites you to relax. With wood-burning outdoor sauna, garden and veranda. Renovated in October 2014.

The space
The house has about 140 sqm of living space and is divided as

follows: The ground floor
On the ground floor there is a very spacious kitchen, fully equipped with microwave, stove with ceramic hob and oven, new dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, mixer, kettle and various small appliances.
The large dining table in the kitchen offers space to linger.

The living room is equipped with two sofas (2 & 3 seater) and an armchair, a coffee table, as well as a 32 inch TV with German TV programs, DVD player and a stereo system.

There are also two bedrooms, one with a double bed 140x200 cm and one with a single bed 100x200 cm. The bedroom with the single bed has its own access to the small shower room with toilet. In both rooms there are large integrated wardrobes, which offer enough storage space for your luggage.

On the ground floor you will also find the slightly larger bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a cloakroom. Through this the garage can be reached directly.

First floor
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with two single beds 90x200 cm, the second with a double bed 160x200 cm. Both bedrooms share a large walk-in wardrobe, whose access is in the hallway. There is also a toilet with sink.
