Front pond is wonderful for paddle boarding etc. pool area is a great gathering place for grilling and swimming. The Jacuzzi is inside for relaxation. This beautiful 10 acre estate with electric gate entryway with amaze you with its beauty! After pulling through the gates the Vista is so magnificent. The pond is fed with the Most incredible underground aquifer that is filtered to a drinking water freshness. The front lanai is wonderful to sit on and as you pass by the house you'll see the Recreational pool area with huge fire pits grills and Sound-system. This house is totally computerized so everything from the lights sound heating and air etc. is controlled by your voice. There's a great kitchen upstairs in a bar kitchen downstairs with two refrigerators that should be able to handle all your needs. Sitting areas and bedrooms are all amazing and nicely furnished. The hot tub is inside in the back porch also has an enclosed fire pit and entertainment center for your enjoyment. There's a theater room and much much more. In the house is totally green as in everything runs from the solar power plant on the property. And the air condition in heat use the ground for geothermal energy transfer. I had help posting this property of mine last year. Had a great super host Niki. I had great success last year and I'm now doing it on my own. I bought the land and built this place for the last 33 years. Dug the ponds planted every tree and now I have a super E-House estate. The amenities to this house are so amazing and beautiful the pond is filled with fresh well water in the pool and Jacuzzi's and fire pits in space are totally amazing. Come enjoy! it's all yours.
