Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Relax and enjoy a beautiful view of the river off the deck of your boat. We offer a shelter, extra showers, grill, griddle, rustic outdoor showers, fire pit area in wooded lot on the water, kayak rentals, etc. We have houseboats, campers and a tiny house for rent at this beautiful marina. We are a short drive to Vevay and Warsaw, and basically 45 minutes from Cincinnati, Louisville, Aurora, Lawrenceburg and Madison. Visit local wineries.

The space
This boat has a Vberth bed and two twin beds, it is an original Chris Craft with nautical decor. It has a full-size refrigerator, Keurig coffee pot and all the dishes you would need. No gas stove, microwave, crock pot. There are two leather sofas in the living room area and bar counter with 2 stools. We also offer extra showers in the shared Shelter along with Rustic outdoor showers, if you do not want to use the small showers on the boat. This boat is parked on its own dock slip so it is more private than the others. Sit on the back deck of the boat and enjoy the amazing views and sunrises. We are in a cove directly off the river so the water stays calm. We have a fire pit area, kayak rental, and a grill and griddle in the shelter house. We are a Mile from Belterra Casino Resort and several other casinos from rising sun to Lawrensburg. We are a bit out in the country so you do need to drive at least 8 miles for any stores or restaurant except for the Circle K up the street. No taxis but a shuttle to the casino is available. If you choose to fish please remember that you need to have an Indiana fishing license. This is a great place to relax and a nice retreat for couples. It’s not really meant for children and you cannot swim around the docks due to electric hook up and risk of electrocution (although rare.). When you take the kayaks out there is an area in the creek that you are able to swim in. No smoking, vaping or candles on boats or docks. Quiet at 11. We have had a wedding here before and lots of special celebrations from, engagements to birthdays. There really is something special about being on the water!

Please see my guidebook for things to do around me. I’m a bit in the country and you do need to drive at least 8 miles for the closest restaurants or stores unless you go to Belterra Casino Resort, just down the street. They do offer a free shuttle here if you do not want to drive. There are lots of quaint towns around me such as Vevay, Warsaw, Lawrensburg, Rising Sun, Aurora and I’m just 30 minutes to Madison. I am 45 minutes to Louisville or Cincinnati. If you don’t mind driving there is so much to do around me. From wineries, to antiquing to gambling or visiting when all the various festivals are happening, such as the Swiss Wine Festival. Lots of people who stay here visit the Ark and Creation Museum too. I’m a positive person and consider each day a blessing. I have one amazing son I love with all my heart and who I am so proud of! I work with my husband who I met in 1990 and married in 1995. He is one of the hardest workers I’ve ever known. He started his Home Improvement company in 1999 and I’m an Interior Designer. I went back to school for design in 2013. It was always a hobby and I wanted a change. Prior to that I worked with children in various setting for 20 years. I have a Bachelors of Science in Mental Health and Human Services with an area of concentration in Early Childhood. We moved to the marina in 2019 and I started the Airbnb’s. I enjoy the beautiful scenery here and have loved boating and the water my whole life. Starting this business was a dream come true and I have enjoyed every minute! We drive lots more now than when we lived close to the Cincinnati but it has been worth it!
