The Lusmaniemi village do have local people living a year around but also around 30 cottages. The Villa Paadar locates by the beautiful lake Paadar. There are excellent connection from Ivalo airport to Villa Paadar. There is about 30 minutes drive to Inari which do have a very good grocery stores and excellent restaurants.
