Welcome to Heaton House! This unique place has a style all its own. Ultra modern & newly renovated but cosy & homely it won’t disappoint. Catering to children & pets, the couple or work related this place has it all. Nice little extras such as tea,coffee, shampoo & conditioner come complimentary. Situated in a suburban town it’s close to Manchester city centre plus some fabulous local amenities. Great connection to Manchester airport of 12mins & links to The Etihad & United stadium.

The space
This newly refurbished terrace is bright, airy & spacious. Situated 20mins or 2 stops on the train from Manchester city centre it’s a perfect spot.
Upon entering Heaton House you will be greeted with a cosy & warm living room with comfy throws, A Smart TV, fast Wifi & lots of homely finishes. There’s a childrens basket full of games, coloring & entertainment to keep the little ones occupied!
Leading then into a big bright open plan kitchen diner full of everything you need whilst away. It hosts all mod cons such as a coffee machine, toaster, washing machine/dish washer & complimentary tea, coffee, snacks & cleaning products.
Upstairs you’ll find 2 sleek but cosy bedrooms, Complete with towels & hair dryer.
A bright beautiful bathroom featuring a 15ft high ceiling with complimentary shampoo, conditioner & body wash.
Outside is a beautiful decking area surrounded with gorgeous greenery & a luscious patch of grass. Grab a throw & snuggle up on the comfy seating for them slow morning coffees or a late night wine.

Just down the road is heaton chapel/heaton moor where you will find perfect places for eating, drinking, shopping or a spot of walking in one of the local parks. On the doorstep a short 30mins away you’ll be in the lovely picturesque Peak District, perfect for a long walk & pub stop.
