A modern and stylish detached bungalow situated in the village of Wateringbury. The property has recently been refurbished throughout and it is completed to a high standard. It's construction is in an L shape with views directly into the private walled garden which features a heated swimming pool, hot tub, Webber BBQ and an outdoor dining area. There are lots of childrens activities locally along with many of the best restaurants in Kent to dine in too!

The space
Upper Mill makes for an exceptional getaway for both family and friends. The property is bright, modern and furnished to a high standard. The house has two flat screen tv's with Amazon Prime and Netflix (one in the living room and one in the kitchen) a Sonos surround sound system, dimmable lighting in every room, a double oven, microwave and a fully equipped kitchen. The house is very private and once inside you will overlook the walled garden from every room. The garden boasts a heated swimming pool (open between May - October), premium 7 seat hot tub, Webber barbeque and an outdoor dining area on the decking. It's a real suntrap too! Based in the lovely village of Wateringbury there are many great walking routes within minutes of the house. A local town to the house West Malling is bursting with character, there are some exceptional pubs and restaurants which are a step above most others in in Kent.
