Welcome to the River Road Treehouse - our cozy cabin tucked in the trees above the beautiful Tuckasegee River in Sylva, NC. We hope this is a place you will find rest and retreat. Close to the Great Smokey national Park!

The space
Our 3 bed/1 bath cabin is full of character and charm. You'll find the 3 bedrooms upstairs, and the bathroom downstairs. There are 2 queen beds, 1 double bed. (air mattress and a pack 'n play available)

There are a few accessibility notes regarding stairs. The cabin is truly a treehouse and is located up a flight of about 15 stairs from the parking area. Once inside, the cabin stairs are also steeper than normal but have a railing for support. If you have issues going up and down stairs, we would recommend you book our other listing located on the property that is closer to river. The treehouse is nestled and secluded from neighbors and our other listing.

Love to travel. I like things clean. I really love hosting. Born and raised in Florida, married a Bahamian, have 3 children. I have always been connected to the Blue Ridge mountains of Georgia since childhood but my heart is by the ocean with my family. I host with my Mom, Sue, on the Blue ridge property which has been in our family for over 40 years. I rent my own house out to help with outreach in the community and missions to the Bahamas. I also partner with owners to Airbnb their space to create an environment for guests to experience beautiful memories and a great nights sleep!
