Plenty of seating with a relaxing swing on the front porch or spaces to lounge around the pool to catch some rays or play with the kids. Soak off the days activities in the luxurious hot tub. Located only 12 minutes from Grand Park and 20 minutes from popular Carmel IN & Rouff Music Center.

The space
Spacious upstairs with extended 20 foot ceilings and additional family room space. Double sink bathroom with the tub shower surround. Large front yard to throw the ball, play a game of kickball, fly your drone or play a competitive game of four square in the driveway. Enjoy a relaxing stroll through the flower gardens. Nap in the double hammock with a view through the mature tree canopies, which is nestled right next to a large flowing creek. Fingers crossed a owl will occupy our new owl house so we can share his space down by the hammock. Tour worthy flower gardens, tree arboretum, native planted warm season grass wildlife and bird habitat, water quality buffer strips, invasive species ecosystems control protocols. Additional diversity to the arboretum added each planting season. Always adding additional flowers and bulbs and expanded garden spaces where you can already expect 100s off different bulbs and flowers blossoming at any week thought-out the spring to fall growing seasons. All designed and Installed and maintain by our owner/host and Certified Arborist herself.
