Cancellations: are allowed up to 24 hours prior to check-in free of charge, less than 24 hours notice there is a 1st-night charge.

No-shows: If a guest doesn't show up on the check-in date the booking will automatically be marked as a no-show and will be cancelled for the guest by Samesun, only the 1st night will be charged, and the remaining nights won't be charged. If you wish to keep the reservation, contact Samesun Toronto about your delay at the latest of 23:59 on the day of check-in.
